* Overhauled the code with significant improvements in
performance.
* Improved UI interaction
* Now the plugin works with existing selection, the plugin won't
reset exisitng selection thus enabling selecting features ahead of
using the plugin.
* Add help notes to describe the different options in the plugin
* Added annotation near the drawn line for ordering execution
reference and convenience
* Added add, remove, filter options that can be drawn.
* Added automatic/manual mode, automatic mode: first adds to
selection and than filters for each drawn line, manual mode: enable
the user to add, remove or filter in every step
* Added tabs to distinguish between automatic/manual
* Change the colors of the strokes, Green is add to selection,
Blue is filter from selection, and black is remvoe from selection.
