Monoplotting oblique images with uncertainty estimation.

With moniQue its possible to i) convert digital terrain model (DTM) to a mesh ii) estimate the interior and exterior orientation of onlique images iii) monoplot features of interest in real-time iv) estimate the uncertainty of monoplotted features. ATTENTION: Before installing the plugin additional python packages are required. Currently only works until QGIS 3.34.3 as afterwards QGIS switched to a newer Python release.
